The new full-length trailer for James Cameron’s forthcoming Avatar was just released in theaters today and won’t officially hit the net until next Thursday, but some crafty little bootlegger decided to thwart that schedule by sneaking a handheld into the theater. The above trailer shows the trailer in its murky glory, and while it certainly would look much more visually stimulating to see this bad boy in HD, you can get a pretty good idea of what the visuals will look like in the actual trailer and film. And if you’re not aware of this one, it follows a band of humans that are forced to battle against a distant planet’s indigenous population, with stars like Sigourney Weaver, Zoe Saldana, Sam Worthington, Michelle Rodriguez, Giovanni Ribisi and carrying the flick. Watch the bootleg and get ready for the real thing next week.
