We haven’t heard much from Pam Grier recently, with her last big role being Kit Porter on Showtime’s The L Word. Now, the original bad girl is back with the announcement that she’ll be joining the cast of CW’s Smallville as the recurring role of Amanda Waller. She’s expected to make her series debut on the two-part episode “Legends,” scheduled to air in late January, when she’ll take on the role of the doctor. And for those of you that are clueless as to what Smallville is, it’s a show that stars Tom Welling as a young Clark Kent - you know, the real name of Superman. If this doesn’t scream kick ass, we’re not quite sure what does.
