Eddie Murphy to Star in Another Bad Movie?

There was once a time when hearing the name Eddie Murphy attached to the word “comedy” was unquestionable. Now, the pairing makes us cringe. According to THR’s Risky Business Blog, Murphy is back with that chill-inducing word for the film The Misadventures of Fluffy, which sounds like the worst name for any film ever. Though Murphy is simply attached to produce the film at this point and not exactly star, it’s expected that he will join the production as the headliner, with the film focusing on a man who goes on a road trip through New York with the ability to - wait for it - talk to animals. The idea of Fluffy might immediately trigger your gag reflex, but we’re choking it back down knowing that the film has a potential R rating. If this thing ends up being rated PG for mild adult humor, we’re calling it quits on your career, Murphy.
