With all the hype and hoopla surrounding James Cameron’s Avatar (including the rumor that the film cost over $500 million to make), they’d better deliver on what they’re promising. Ahead of the movie’s theatrical release date, IGN has released a near three-minute clip from the big budget flick, which is slated for a December 18th release. And judging by the above clip, it doesn’t actually look that bad! We understand why everyone is throwing shade at it (the alien creatures look a bit ridiculous, and the thought of watching them for over two hours is enough to make our stomachs turn), but no one can deny the fact that it’s going to be epic.
