A few days back, it was announced that Comcast and NBC Universal had struck a momentous $30 billion deal that gave Comcast 51% ownership of General Electric properties - and ultimate control of NBC content properties. Enough of the jargon - it probably doesn’t make any sense to you, either (we’re pretty clueless). Luckily, we have this nice little animation from Free Press to spell it out for us, with the breakdown of the merger being arranged on nice little nutritional label (something that we really don’t understand, either).
