Another big trailer hitting the internet today (of course, the other being Iron Man 2 and The Runaways, if you count that as “big”) is the teaser for Shrek Forever After, which comes long ahead of its May 21st theatrical release. In the trailer, we get a sneak peek at a minute of footage from the film, which sees Shrek (Mike Myers) getting all domesticated before signing a deal with the evil Rumpelstiltskin (Paul McCartney). Soon, Shrek lands in a bizarre alternate universe version of Far Far Away, where Rumpelstiltskin is king, Donkey (Eddie Murphy) is smart, Lord Farquaad (John Lithgow) lives and Shrek and Fiona (Cameron Diaz) have never met (not to mention Puss in Boots, voiced by Antonio Banderas, is back - and fatter). The film focuses on Shrek’s attempt to undo the mayhem set upon his world by Rumpelstiltskin with, clearly, hilarious results. Watch above and enjoy.
